Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to supporting children, teens, adults, and families.

Utilizing her expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavior modification as well as a play therapy approach for younger children,
Elizabeth tailors her practice to meet the unique needs of each individual and family she serves.

Elizabeth specializes in addressing issues surrounding parenting challenges, adoption, grief, anxiety, and depression. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and develop practical tools for lasting change. For clients seeking faith-based guidance, Elizabeth offers counseling from a Christian perspective, integrating spiritual principles into the therapeutic process when desired. Her holistic approach helps clients navigate life’s challenges with resilience and hope.

Outside of work, Elizabeth treasures time with her husband and their four very active children. She also enjoys volunteer opportunities with her local church and traveling with family and friends.
