Holly is a respected Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) with a profound dedication to supporting individuals and families in their mental health journeys. As the Director of Mental Health Services at Reach and Kidsource Therapy, Holly is known for her expertise in working with neurodiverse populations, particularly those on the autism spectrum, as well as her innovative approach to fostering resilience and well-being.
In her current practice, Holly has expanded her scope to include an integral role in empowering parents of children with special needs. She offers tailored guidance, education, and emotional support to help parents navigate the unique challenges and joys of raising neurodiverse children. Through individual and family therapy, consultations, and trainings, Holly provides practical tools and evidence-based strategies to help create a community of care that fosters connection and understanding.
Holly’s leadership extends to the oversight of mental health services at Reach that address the diverse needs of individuals, families, and communities. Her approach is rooted in a deep commitment to inclusivity as well as strengths-based interventions and cognitive behavioral therapy strategies to help identify that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected.
Passionate about advocacy and education, Holly continuously strives to amplify awareness around not only mental health and neurodiversity but acceptance and inclusion for all. Whether mentoring colleagues, providing impactful presentations, or championing the voices of special needs families, she is driven by the mission of empowering every individual and family and helping others receive access to the support they need to thrive.
Outside of her professional work, Holly is dedicated to community outreach, is active in her local church’s area mission work, enjoys exploring nature, and treasures quality time with her husband and their two sons.
